Math 
Fifth graders uses BRIDGES IN MATHEMATICS. Your fifth grader is familiar with this program; they used it for the last three years. There is nightly homework in math. This math program will be taught by Alison DaBica. To assist students in math, Mrs. Trudo is in the room during our grade five math time.

Parents and students will work on multiplication and division facts. This is an essential piece to our math success in grade 5. These facts will need to be memorized.


All sixth graders in the district use the Connected Math Program, which is mandated by the district. Mrs. Trudo and myself use many other resources in conjunction with CMP. The grade six math program is taught by Mrs. Trudo and Mrs. DaBica.

It is essential that each sixth grader have a great foundation in basic math computation. Each sixth grader will need to have ALL of their MATH FACTS MEMORIZED!!!!!
